Timeless memories

Created by Katie one year ago

I have countless memories of my nana, the list would be endless. I always enjoyed days out with her over the years. Started with day trips out with heston wives (As grandad didn’t want to go or couldn’t). Where we would travel around the U.K via coach full of lovely ladies & gentlemen, where old stories were exchanged with laugther, while exploring beautiful locations, with always a cheeky roast, where sometimes nana would help pinch a pub glass! Which lead to us always saying to each other ‘one day we would try to apply for coach trip’- we would love to meet that brendan’

we would always go for a ‘drive’ to various places; meeting people for lunch, a school pick up, beach trips, always tuesdays to go to harefield dogs trust where we both would pick books (where she always told me, I had an eye for picking her a good book - she would like: I rarely got it wrong) and have a wander around the dogs, and discuss which dog we wanted to take home. Then Sundays during my college years, where she would always drive me back to student halls, where we both loved to listen to either Radio 1 or Classical FM, although sometimes I would have already fallen alseep before we even left the bottom of our road, but she always did tell me she loved the drive up to my college.
Anywhere she wanted to go, and she wanted a buddy- I would happily oblige.

so sleep tight little one, there will always be a you, in a apart of me

Love always
